We are grateful to the American Cancer Society for grants that enable us to help cancer patients facing transportation barriers get to and from cancer-related treatment appointments. Since 2020, these grants have helped hundreds of patients from northern Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska travel to and from their appointments at our northern Colorado cancer center.
The American Cancer Society Road To Recovery program is another option for patients who need help. Road to Recovery provides free rides to cancer patients who would otherwise have difficulty getting to their cancer-related appointments.
