Many patients living in Greeley and Weld County have been traveling to other UCHealth hospitals in Loveland, Fort Collins or Aurora for care. Now they have more options for advanced care close to home.
Opening with 50 in-patient beds and room to grow, the 212,000-square-foot full-service hospital features advanced cardiac services, a birth center, complete imaging capabilities, an emergency department with Level III trauma, a full-service lab, an inpatient medical-surgical care unit, an intensive care unit, operating rooms, rehabilitation services, a 24/7 pharmacy, and women’s health service.
The neighboring medical center consolidates many of the services UCHealth provided elsewhere in the Greeley area. It is a multispecialty facility opening with 192 exam rooms and flexibility to grow. Services offered include cancer care, dermatology, ear/nose/throat, general surgery, heart and vascular care, imaging, lab, neurology, obstetrics/gynecology, orthopedics, pediatrics, pharmacy, physical therapy, primary care, pulmonology, rehabilitation, rheumatology, and urology.
Over the past decade, UCHealth has offered services in Weld County, and our foundation has provided opportunities for donors to give to those efforts through avenues such as the Weld County Cancer Patient Assistance Fund. With the opening of the Greeley campus, the foundation looks forward to enhancing health and health care in our local communities through fostering awareness, engagement, and philanthropy, connecting those with a zeal to give with causes close to their homes and hearts.
